Computer Services
I am happy to provide professional computer services for residential, small business, and home office customers throughout King County Washington. With over thirteen years of computer support experience, there are not many issues I have not dealt with. I specialize in Windows Desktop and laptop support, and I work with all current versions of the Windows desktop and server operating systems. Most of my services can be performed onsite or if possible, by remote connection. If it is necessary to do extensive work on your computer, I am happy to pick up your system, take it back to my workbench, and bring it back to you when I am done.
My computer support services are available by appointment only. If you would like to schedule a service call, please feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail.
Remote Support Service
Along with providing onsite or in-shop service, I also offer remote desktop support. As long as your computer can connect to the Internet, remote desktop support may be a viable and faster solution to resolving computer issues. With Remote desktop support, I can perform most of the services that I would perform if I were onsite in front of your computer. remote services typically means that you get service even faster, than onsite service.
The software I use is really easy to work with. There is a small applet you download and run. when the service is done, the applet uninstalls itself. It’s safe and secure, and convenient, and works with all current Windows operating systems.
